Introducer Partner Programme

Know a company that needs what I do? That introduction can pay you for two years.

For businesses, individuals and recruiters alike: when a company you know needs a developer, a data scientist or a marketer and cannot justify, afford or find a full time hire, introduce them to me. You stay the person who solved their problem, and you earn 15% of my net fees in the first year, then 10%, for a maximum of 24 months per client.

Earn up to £50,000 in passive income over two years, per referred project.

Who This Is For

Three kinds of introducer, one set of terms

Businesses

Accountants, consultancies, software vendors, hosting providers, suppliers and agencies whose clients keep asking for development, data or marketing capacity they do not offer themselves. Agencies that want to white label my work instead have their own programme.

Individuals

Freelancers, fractional executives, consultants and former colleagues who sit in the room when a company realises it needs senior help. If you are the person they ask, you can be the person who gets paid for the answer.

Recruiters

Headhunters and talent partners holding a brief that will not fill: the budget is too small for a senior, the workload would not fill a week, or the candidate does not exist. Fractional capacity closes the file and pays you for a placement that was never going to happen.

Who Qualifies As An Introducer

Three conditions, confirmed before your first introduction

Anyone can register, but only a verified partner earns. These are the conditions the terms set, so there is never a dispute later.

Registered and verified

Your full legal name, your company or trade registration and tax or VAT number, your business address and a website or professional profile. Bank details follow before the first payout. Businesses register from their own email domain. I verify and confirm in writing, and nothing counts before that confirmation.

Independent of the company you introduce

You are not an employee, director or officer of the company you introduce. Contractors and freelancers working for it may introduce it.

You make the introduction yourself

A direct, personal introduction to a named decision maker who agreed to speak to me, sent to me in writing before I have any contact with them, quoting your Partner ID. No chains, no platforms, no lists.

A registered agency whose trade is marketing, design or development can register under the Agency Partner Programme at 20% instead. Everyone else, businesses, individuals and recruiters alike, earns here at 15% and 10%.

The Way To Approval

Registered is not approved. Here is the path, and why it exists.

I approve partners personally, after a check and a short call. It keeps the programme serious, it filters the noise, and it is written into the terms so both of us can rely on it.

  1. 1. Register

Two minutes in the hub from your company domain. You get a Partner ID straight away, but it is not active yet.

  2. 2. Desk check

I verify the register entry, VAT number, domain and profile, and that you are not connected to a prospect and do not run a database or platform model. Usually within two working days.

  3. 3. The call, twenty minutes

Mandatory for agencies and recruiters, offered to everyone else. You book a slot from the confirmation email.

  4. 4. Approved, in writing

Partner ID activated, a Partner Confirmation PDF with the terms version and the compliance rules you accepted. From that moment your introductions count.

What we cover in the call

  • Who you are, why you signed up, and which industries and company sizes your network really reaches
  • My ideal client profile, and which introductions I will decline, so you never waste one
  • The rules in person: you introduce a named decision maker who agreed, you never negotiate or quote, nothing of value to anyone at the prospect, the client pays the published price
  • How an introduction is submitted in writing, how I acknowledge it, and when statements come

Why it is written down

The call is not a formality. It is how I make sure every partner understands the anti-bribery rules, the consent rule and the fact that partners introduce and never act for me. The date and a note of each call stay on your registration record, and the whole procedure is section 4 of the partner terms, published here, so that if a question ever arises I can show exactly what was agreed and when.

How This Stays On The Right Side Of The Law

Built to be clean, for you and for the company you introduce

A commission programme only works if nobody has to wonder whether it is legal. These are the rules, written into the partner terms, that keep every introduction clean.

Same price for the referred company

Whoever introduces you, the client pays my published prices. Commission comes out of my margin and is never added to anyone's invoice. A referred client never pays a premium.

No money near the buyer

Nobody employed by or holding office in the referred company can be a partner or receive a share. Partners warrant they offer nothing of value to anyone at the prospect. That is the UK Bribery Act and its Austrian, German and Swiss equivalents, taken seriously. Public bodies need my written approval first.

You introduce, you never negotiate

You name a decision maker who agreed to talk, and I take it from there. You hold no authority, negotiate nothing and owe me no number of introductions. In Austrian and German law that makes you a Tippgeber, not a Handelsvertreter, and the terms say so.

Not a placement, not a recruitment fee

Keferboeck Ltd is a supplier of defined services, never a candidate placed into a role. The programme is outside the employment agency rules, and recruiters take part on exactly that basis.

The contact agreed first

Before you introduce someone, they have agreed to be introduced and to have their business details passed to me. You confirm that in writing, I inform them of how I handle their data, and I use it for nothing else.

All of this is in sections 23 to 25 of the partner terms and in my privacy policy. One commission per client, one level, nothing hidden: that is also what makes it something a serious company can say yes to. Read the full wording

What Counts As A Referral

A hot lead, not a database

A referral is a warm, personal introduction to a named decision maker who has a need and has agreed to speak to me. You get me into the room, by email or a call, and I take it from there. Access to a platform, a member list or a job board where I would have to go looking myself is not a referral, and only the registered partner who makes the direct introduction is paid, never a chain of people behind them.

How the fractional model works

The Commission

Retainers

15% monthly in year one

A client on a £5,000 per month retainer earns you £750 every month in the first year, then £500, and commission ends after 24 months.

Projects

15% of the total

A £50,000 fixed price project earns you £7,500, paid in proportion to the milestone payments I receive. Projects signed after the first year earn 10%.

Not included

Performance and equity

Performance based engagements and growth for equity carry no referral commission. Commission applies only to standard monthly retainers and fixed price projects, anything else only by separate written agreement.

Commission is a share of my net fees, before VAT and after project pass-through costs such as ad spend, hosting and insurance supplements, on the amounts the client actually pays, never a share of the client revenue. Paid after I get paid, never in advance and never as a lump sum, on itemised monthly statements settled within 14 days, for a maximum of 24 months per client. If the programme ends, your commission trails for another 12 months.

What That Means Per Package

Worked examples with the published prices

These are the packages and prices from my pricing page, with your commission next to them: 15% of my net fees in year one, 10% in year two, for 24 months per client. The 24 month figure follows the typical falling path of an engagement, build, optimise, run, and is a worked example, not a promise.

PackageClient pays per month (build phase)Your commission in month oneOver 24 months
Data Science£4,500£675£10,980

Smart Websites£8,400£1,260£20,760

  • Commission is calculated in the currency the client pays me in. The currency switch only changes how the examples are shown. If you want to be paid in a different currency, the terms set out how conversion works and who carries the exchange rate.
  • Hourly task outsourcing and custom retainers carry commission only where agreed in writing for that client. Performance based and equity engagements carry none.
  • The published prices assume up to 50,000 customer records under management. Larger clients carry an insurance supplement for professional indemnity, public liability and cyber cover, in brackets by records and cover limit, quoted in the workshop. Like ad spend and hosting it is a pass-through cost and sits outside your commission.
  • Commission is exclusive of VAT and paid against your invoice. UK VAT registered partners add VAT, partners abroad invoice under the reverse charge, unregistered partners and individuals add none.
  • Commission is capped at £50,000 per referred project over its 24 months (€58,000 or $63,000 on euro or dollar engagements). The cap only bites on engagements above roughly £200,000 a year, and it is per project, not per partner: bring as many as you like.

How It Works

1

Register once

Your legal name, company or trade registration, address and a professional profile. Businesses register from their own domain. I verify, confirm in writing, and you get a Partner ID to give to every company you introduce.

Register in the hub
2

Introduce in writing

One email with the company, the contact person, their situation and confirmation that they agreed to the introduction. Before I speak to them, not after.

3

I confirm within 2 days

You get written acknowledgement, and monthly updates until the opportunity closes.

4

You earn, documented

When the client signs, the commission arrangement arrives in writing. Then monthly statements, a stepped 15% then 10% of my net fees, capped at 24 months per client.

The Part That Makes It Safe

Direct introduction wins

Only the registered partner who makes the direct introduction is paid, never a chain behind them. If two partners introduce the same company independently, the company names the one who counted by quoting a Partner ID at onboarding, and only that partner is paid. If a client was already in contact with me, I tell you upfront.

Paid on collected revenue

Commission follows my actual payments, on statements you can verify any time.

12 month trail

If the partnership ends, referred clients keep earning you commission for another 12 months.

12 month referral window

From the day you introduce a client, every engagement they sign within 12 months earns you commission, whichever service it is for. After 12 months the introduction expires, so there is never a dispute about an old name.

One email turns an introduction into recurring revenue.

You already know the company. I already have the delivery. Registering takes two minutes in the hub, the introduction takes five, and the commission runs for up to 24 months per client, up to £50,000 per referred project.
