The price follows my attention

Engagements run six to twelve months, usually a year. The first three months take the most of my time: strategy, build, tracking, campaigns. Then automation and dashboards take over, my hours drop, and so does your invoice. All prices are final, and for business clients in the EU no VAT is added on top. The falling price is the typical case, not a promise: some projects need full attention all year, and the exact path is agreed before we start, so there are no surprises.

The opposite model: no ongoing engagement, just expert capacity for the tasks you have. There is an hourly rate and there are custom retainers, and both start with a conversation, because the honest answer depends on your case. Usually a fair retainer wins: we average the hours you actually need over a period, and the numbers are put together to benefit you, not me.
