Schedule E: Analytics & Data Science

This Schedule outlines the terms applicable to analytics, tracking setup, data engineering, and data science services offered by Keferboeck Ltd., including insight generation, reporting, attribution modelling, and forecasting.

1. Scope of Services

Services may include implementation of tracking frameworks, data layer setup, server-side tagging, event modeling, analytics audits, dashboarding, Google BigQuery data warehousing, custom scripts, ML-based forecasting, and insight generation.

2. Tracking Setup & Validation

Keferboeck Ltd. assists in creating a validated tracking architecture. Clients are responsible for verifying final accuracy and ongoing changes unless a retainer includes maintenance.

3. Platform Access & Data Ownership

Clients must provide access to relevant tools (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, etc.). All raw data remains the client's property. Models, dashboards, and code created remain Keferboeck Ltd. IP unless otherwise agreed.

4. Reporting & Insights

Reporting frequency and format will be defined in the service agreement. Keferboeck Ltd. will advise but not guarantee decisions made based on insights provided.

5. Use of Third-Party Tools

Dashboards or insights may use licensed platforms (e.g. Looker Studio, Data Studio, or custom web tools). Clients are responsible for access fees unless included in scope.

6. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, scripts, and models developed by Keferboeck Ltd. remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Licensing terms may be arranged for client-owned deployment.

7. Confidentiality

All data, findings, and recommendations are treated as confidential. Client data is never shared with third parties unless contractually or legally required.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

While all efforts are made to ensure accuracy, data science work inherently includes assumptions and margin of error. Keferboeck Ltd. is not liable for business decisions made based on predictive models or projections.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' notice. Deliverables completed up to that point are billable in full. Access to deployed assets or dashboards will be revoked unless transferred by agreement.

10. Liability

Liability for analytics services is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months. Indirect damages or consequential loss are excluded.
