So we start with a free workshop where we build your plan, follow it with two weeks of real work on me, and only then do you decide. You can walk away at any point, free of charge, no hard feelings.
The workshop: you keep the plan
- How your project would look: solutions, creative growth ideas, goals and objectives, timelines and honest cost estimates.
- Forecasts built with data science: best case, worst case and error margins, based on your data, industry data and your current position.
- Growth hacking thinking built in: referrals, virality, word of mouth and customers who become ambassadors, so performance marketing costs fall over time.
Not an agency analysis
No tool exports, no backlink PDFs you could download yourself, and no sales analysis with fantasy figures designed to close you at any cost. If your numbers say something you will not like, you hear it anyway, honestly and early. And if I am not your guy, I say so and point you to whoever is. The written plan is yours to keep either way.
When I am the wrong person
Fair warning, some jobs simply are not mine, and a decent agency will serve you better:
- You need a standard website. I do not build WordPress, Wix or Squarespace setups: they cap your growth and allow no meaningful digitalisation, and everything I build is made to grow.
- You want traditional performance marketing campaigns, where growth does not rely on thought through digitalisation.
- Decisions run on gut feeling and you are after the usual agency menu: a few posts a week, vanity metrics, follower counts and a monthly PDF nobody reads.
After the workshop come two weeks of real work, free of charge and with no strings attached: tracking review, first quick wins, and you watching how I actually operate. Chemistry matters. If it fits, we carry on. If not, you walk away with the plan and the work already done, at no cost.
